THE CLIENT

Connect Psych Services is an e-counselling health service provider that offers a tailored and humanised approach to digital employee assistance, applying the health tech ecosystem to humanised digital health.


RISE is a platform on which Connect Psych Services allows their users to book sessions with their practitioners.

Brief Summary

On RISE analyses the User Experience (UX) and the User Interface (UI) of RISE, through user testing and secondary research, including benchmarking, and heuristic evaluations.

Conclusion

On RISE goes in-depth on the user experience and user interface issues that may have hindered users from using the platform. The issues are highlighted clearly and an appendix at the end of the report keeps the data transparent (with consent) to Connect Psych Services, and contains a glossary for non-designers to understand.


It is a significant contribution to improve the service of the platform. By prioritising the customers, RISE has the capability to increase user retention and see higher turnovers.
